Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone Peoples Courtseeks 20 public servants (section members) to be publicly selected and transferred nationwide and now makes such details of notice as follows:
1. Eligibility Criteria
1. Having been a public servant (section member) for three years or more (including probationary period) and completed Public Servants Registration, with annual assessment results of previous years being "competent" or above;
2. Having graduated from a university as one of the general full-time institutions of higher learning with a bachelors degree or above in law, and being under 35 years of age (by the time of June 30, 2015, meaning having been born after June 30, 1980);
3. Being a disciplined and law abiding person of good conduct, physically healthy, and having no record of violation of any discipline or law;
4. Possessing the capability and quality required for the posts; and
5. Satisfying relevant regulations concerning avoidance of taking office.
The registration of a person falling into any of the following categories will not be accepted:
1. Persons who are currently under investigation by any judicial agency or inspection by any discipline inspection and supervision agency;
2. Persons who are imposed on disciplinary sanctions that have not been discharged yet;
3. Public servants whose years of service have not reached the required length as stipulated by relevant regulations; and
4. Other persons who do not satisfy the position requirements.

2. Posts
1. 15 posts for judge assistants (section members) in supportive services for adjudication, subject to the aforesaid eligibility criteria; and
2. 5 posts for judge assistants (section members) in the Adjudication Affairs Division, subject to the aforesaid eligibility criteria plus at least two years of research or secretarial experience in research or administrative offices.

3. Selection and Transfer Process and Method
(1) Release of Notice
This notice is posted at the websites of Peoples Court Daily, China Court, JCRB and Shenzhen Intermediate Peoples Court at the same time (for 7 days).
(2) Opening of Registration
a. Way of Registration: Online registration. No in-person registration will be accepted. Applicants should send their e-application forms to the designated e-mail address (qianhaify@163.com). A confirmation e-mail in reply suggests registration made; failure to register within the prescribed time or receive any confirmation e-mail suggests no registration made, in which case no preliminary eligibility review will be scheduled.
b. Time for Registration: From the day when this notice is released to June 30, 2015.
c. Information on application forms filled out by applicants must be authentic, complete and accurate, and the phone number and contact address in particular should contain no error so that applicants are guaranteed be reached in a timely manner.
d. The education records, academic degree and major (as indicated on the certificate of graduation recognized by the state) of an applicant should be as required by the given posts.
e. An applicant can only apply for one post. In case of absence of any post or more than one post filled out, no registration would be deemed to be made.
(3) Preliminary Eligibility Review
a. Time for preliminary eligibility review: 9:30 – 11:30/14:30 – 17:30 on July 2, 2015. Place of preliminary eligibility review: Vanke (Qianhai) International Convention Center, Shenzhen. Applicants who have received a confirmation e-mail for registration shall attend the preliminary eligibility review in person, not by any other person, at the designated venue. If an applicant fails to attend the preliminary eligibility review, his/herapplication will be recorded as abandoned, in which case no further written examination or interview will be scheduled.
b. When attending the preliminary eligibility review, applicants are required to submit the following documents: the application form, Public Servants Registration Form, Certificate of Employment by Present Employer (with information including annual assessment results of previous years specified), Letter of Consent for Application by Employer, second-generation Resident Identity Card, Household Register, certificate of graduation and diploma (attached with documents of verification thereof), and five copies of 33mm x 48mm photograph, with the subject facing the camera and wearing no hat or head covering, using plain blue background taken recently and printed in color.
Among the aforesaid documents, the application form, Letter of Consent for Application by Employer and Certificate of Employment by Present Employer are required to be submitted in the original while only photocopies of the remainder, upon verification of their originals, are required to be submitted.
c. Documents provided by the applicants must be complete, accurate and authentic. In case of any incomplete or falsified documents provided by any applicant, such applicant will be disqualified from the subsequent round.
d. During the preliminary eligibility review, documents truthfully provided by applicants will only go through initial verification, and whether an applicant is eligible as required by the applied post will be ultimately subject to further eligibility review, investigation and employment examination and approval.
e. Applicants found qualified upon preliminary eligibility review will be invited to attend a written examination and receive a Notice for Written Examination, otherwise no written examination and interview will be scheduled.
(4) Examination
Written Examination:
a. The written examination is temporarily set to be conducted from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. on July 4, 2015 at Vanke (Qianhai) International Convention Center, Shenzhen. Specific arrangements and relevant requirements shall be subject to the Notice for Written Examination.
b. Applicants are required to hold their second-generation Resident Identity Card and Notice for Written Examination to reach their assigned exam room at the indicated time and sit for the written examination, otherwise their application will be recorded as abandoned.
c. After the written examination, applicants will be ranked based on their scores from the highest to the lowest, where the proportion of the number of posts to the number of applicants invited to further interview will be 1:2.
Interview:
a. Interview is temporarily set to be conducted from 14:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m. on July 7, 2015 at Vanke (Qianhai) International Convention Center, Shenzhen. Specific arrangements and relevant requirements shall be subject to the Notice for Interview.
b. Applicants are required to hold their second-generation Resident Identity Card and Notice for Interview to reach the assigned waiting area at the indicated time for sign-in and lottery. If an applicant fails to do so or leaves the test venue halfway without permission of the personnel in charge at the scene, his/her application will be recorded as abandoned, in which case no more interview will be scheduled.
c. The interview will be conducted by adoption of structured interview, where the scores of applicants will be rounded to two decimal places.
d. Applicants will be ranked based on their total scores which will be the sum of their written examination scores (60%) and interview scores (40%),from the highest to the lowest. The proportion of the number of posts to the number of applicants admitted for subsequent physical examination will be 1:1.5.
(5) Physical Examination
a. Applicants admitted for physical examination should reach the assigned place to claim the Notice for Physical Examination at the indicated time. Specific arrangements shall be subject to the Notice for Physical Examination.
b. Applicants admitted for physical examination are required to hold their second-generation Resident Identity Card, Notice for Physical Examination and one copy of 33mm x 48mm photograph, with the subject facing the camera and wearing no hat or head covering, using plain blue background taken recently and printed in color to reach the assigned place as scheduled for the physical examination. If an applicant fails to do so or leaves the assigned place halfway without permission, his/her application will be recorded as abandoned.
c. The physical examination will be carried out with reference to the newly amended General Standards of Physical Examination for Employment of Public Servants (Proposed), the Procedures Manual of Physical Examination for Employment of Public Servants (Proposed) and relevant amendments.
d. After results of hospital physical examination are delivered, applicants who have failed to pass the same can take a reexamination, which will only be conducted once and target only a part or parts that such applicants have failed to pass. The final result of such part or parts will be subject to the reexamination. If an applicant fails to pass the physical examination, no further eligibility review and investigation will be scheduled.
e. Applicants who fail to take or pass the physical examination will be ranked for filling up potential vacancies based on their total scores from the highest to the lowest.
(6)Further Eligibility Review or Investigation
Applicants having passed the physical examination will then go through further eligibility review and investigation. Such applicants-to-be-investigated will be ranked based on their total scores from the highest to the lowest, where the proportion of the number of posts to the number of applicants-to-be-investigated will be 1:1. This court will send investigation teams to the employers of such applicants to conduct investigation and review their files for verification.
(7) Public Announcement and Transfer Formalities
Applicants having passed the further eligibility review and investigation will be shortlisted for the posts and a public announcement will be made at the website of Shenzhen Intermediate Peoples Court (for 7 days). Once the period for such announcement is expired, transfer formalities for shortlisted applicants will be conducted pursuant to the cadre management authority and the process of public servants selection and transfer.
During the investigation or public notice, no filling up of vacancies, if any, arising from abandoned application or disqualification, will be made.
4. Miscellaneous
Applicants selected and transferred from beyond Shenzhen will be public servants under the Engagement System and be managed in accordance with the Management Measures for Engaged Public Servants in Shenzhen; and public servants selected and transferred from within Shenzhen will be managed in accordance with relevant municipal regulations.
2. Public servants of deputy section level or above, if voluntarily willing to give up their current rank, may also register for application.
